The MacArthur High School Library Media Center is a full service information facility devoted to the academic needs of students and staff. The collection contains over 12,000 titles and 95 current magazines as well as 9 Internet workstations. The entire book collection can be searched by the fully computerized OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) system.

The library has access to the following Internet databases: Infotrac (newspaper and magazine articles), Galenet (literary biographies), World Book Encyclopedia and SIRS Discoverer (current events and almanacs).
