This message is for all parents of students enrolled in kindergarten through fourth grade. As required by law, New York State school districts must survey parents to determine if there is a need to offer breakfast in the elementary schools. We are asking that all parents of children attending elementary school in grades K-4 complete the attached survey. If you have multiple children enrolled in K-4, an individual survey must be completed for each child. After the information is compiled, you will be notified if breakfast will be offered in your child's school for the 2020-2021 school year.
