(Updated on 03.28.2025)-
**New - Naviance Access!**
We are excited to announce that students in grades 8 - 12 now have access to Naviance through the Student Portal! A "Naviance" link is available on the left side menu when a student logs into the portal. Naviance is a compresensive college and career planning tool designed to support your child's post-secondary goals. With this product, students can explore thousands of colleges, complete career assessments and manage tasks related to their college applications. Additionally, they can begin building their resumes and track their extracurricular activities all in one convinient place!
At this time, students in grades 8 - 9 will be synced with their network log-in and access the Naviance homepage directly. To maintain student's account data already in Naviance, students in grades 10 - 12 will be prompted to log-in using their existing credentials if they click on the link.
If a student has any questions or issues regarding Naviance, they should reach out to their building's Guidance Department. -

Account Support
Creating a New Account?
- If you are a new parent, you should have received a Parent Portal Letter with instructions and an "Access ID & Password" to link your child.
- For the web version, launch the Parent Portal and click the "Create Account" tab.
-
For the mobile app, create an account on the web portal first, then download the app and follow the set up instructions. It will link to Levittown School District using the code below.
-
Follow the page directions; create your own Username, Password, and E-mail for your account.
**Do not use any symbols, periods or dashes in your username. This will cause certain features to not function. ** - You may attach additional children once your account has been created with the first child.
- For security reasons, student access ID's and password information will NOT be provided via phone or given to students.
- You may request a Parent Portal letter by mail or pick up a letter in person at your child's school or the Computer Department. Valid proof of ID is required to pick up a letter.
What if I never received or lost my Parent Portal Letter?
You may request a new Parent Portal Letter by contacting your child's building main office or the LMEC Technology Department.
Letters must be picked up at either location with Photo ID or may be mailed home.
Letters are generally mailed home as part of the Summer Packet to parents of Kindergarteners and new summer registrants over the summer. If you are a new parent registering a child during the school year, you will receive a letter in the mail after your child is fully processed.

Course Requests
How do I submit course requests for my child?
The on-line course request functionality (for grade levels that participate in submitting requests) is
only available in the Student Portal for students to submit.
The functionality is designed for the student to experience selecting their own courses. Parents can only view what their child had submitted on the Parent Portal. However, we do encourage parents to participate in their child's decision thought process.

Why do I not have a Naviance link?
Although a parent can inquire having an account to Naviance by contacting your child's building guidance department, the Naviance functionality is
