Eleven MacArthur Research students were selected as Finalists and invited to participate in the 2025 Long Island Youth Summit, hosted at St. Joseph's College. Saahir Afraz, Allyssa Aquino, Caitlin Barry, Meaghan Campbell, Alex Hager, Max Hoffman, Ramon Martinez, Catherine Purirojejananon, Guneet Sodhi, Alden Sykora, Alex Xu, and Phoebe Zivkovich were all selected to take part in workshops and round table discussions with experts in their fields. Their work involved topics related to Diversity on Long Island, Climate Change, Teen Mental Health, and AI Technology. Saahir Afraz and Alex Hager were further selected as best projects in their respective categories! Great job by our future leaders.
