December was full of fun at Gardiners Avenue Elementary! Kindergarten students enjoyed reading The Gingerbread Baby by Jan Brett and were tasked with designing a structure to keep the Gingerbread Baby safe. Working with a guest designer, they built gingerbread houses using various materials. Students, along with family members, applied problem-solving skills and creativity to craft unique masterpieces during this annual kindergarten STEAM event!
