Kindergarten students had a fun-filled fall with crafts and projects. They went on leaf hunts, planted magic pumpkin seeds, and chose pumpkins from the school patch. They explored websites like Code.org, Raz-Kids, and iReady. The kindergartners dressed up for trunk or treat and enjoyed holiday parties after the Halloween Parade. They focused on RISE, Breast Cancer Awareness, and Fire Safety. Students also learned about animal habitats and attended an assembly featuring rescued animals from Tackapausha Preserve. Additionally, they studied the pumpkin life cycle, its properties, and wrote journal entries describing pumpkins. It was a great month!
