Seniors in the creative writing course at Division Avenue crafted their own original stories suitable for a younger audience. Using original artwork or photographs, seniors filled pages of a book with engaging and informative tales. Summit Lane students greeted their older peers with much excitement, ready to hear what they had to share. In classrooms, each visiting senior led a group of students in following along with their story. Various activities were also designed by seniors related to their stories. The Division Avenue tradition is a rewarding one for seniors, who learn about the best ways to convey a story to a younger audience.
