Congratulations MacArthur High School Science Research students Emily Cavanaugh, Meaghan Campbell, and Catherine Purirojejananon for being selected as one of 12 finalist groups to be invited to Stony Brook's campus on February 7th for presentations and an award ceremony. In honor of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (February 11th), the Institute for Advanced Computational Science (IACS) at Stony Brook University launched a competition, where students conduct and film an experiment related to scientific and engineering achievements of women.
