WELCOME BACK 2024-2025

Dear Salk/Mac Families, Faculty, & Students,

Welcome back! We are looking forward to working with all of you. We hope you all enjoyed your summer.

This year's membership campaign theme is "TOGETHER WE ARE BETTER". Our main focus this year is to have many more PTSA members than in previous years and to develop more fundraising efforts. It's important to emphasize that the PTSA does not stop after 5th grade and our families' support is still needed to enrich our children's campus life.

In addition to your PTSA membership, your student(s) can also become a PTSA member. We encourage everyone to sign up! Their voices are just as important as ours, especially since they are becoming young adults. Their opinions will help us thrive!

We believe we can give back more to the students with increased membership and fundraising. In past years we have supplied photo booths for dances for 6th-8th grades and the Junior Banquet, hosted a bagel breakfast and pizza lunch for our freshman and sophomores, provided water bottles for Battle of the Classes, and one of the biggest things the PTSA does is award eight seniors with $500 scholarships, just to name a few. We would like to expand and do more but as you can imagine this is hard without the financial support of families like yours. This is why the push for PTSA membership and fundraising this year will be stronger than before. We can't do this without you!
