Mrs. Tripp and Mrs. Schempp's class brought the winter Olympics to life! Students competed in cross-curricular "events" across social studies, math and reading-from multiplication bobsled races to winter Olympics reading escape rooms! They explored Olympic history, events, and cultures from various countries around the world. Along the way, students practiced key skills and earned medals for their achievements. The week culminated in closing ceremonies where final medal counts were announced and celebrated. Each student's effort, progress, and participation earned them the true gold during this week of learning, growth, fun and Olympic spirit!
