The kindergarteners have been getting into the holiday spirit here at Summit Lane! This month the classes have been having an exciting time learning about all the different holidays that are celebrated around the world in December. Taking their suitcases and passports with them, the students have been "flying" to countries like the Netherlands to celebrate St. Lucia Day, to Mexico to celebrate Las Posadas, to Israel to celebrate Hanukkah, to Holland to celebrate St. Nicholas day! I wonder where they will fly off to next in the final weeks of December What an exciting time of year.
