October has been an exciting month for Mrs. Donnelly and Ms. Maney's class. It started with a pumpkin investigation. The students learned about different attributes, and the life cycle of a pumpkin. Next, the class took a field trip to White Post Farm. The students got to feed goats, sheep and even a giraffe! They went on a hayride through a corn field and got to pick their own pumpkin in the patch. Later in the month, they had a super fun Halloween party in our classroom. On Halloween day, the students got to wear their costumes to school and participated in a school-wide Halloween parade. October was a fun, and busy month!
