The New York State Public High School Athletic Association announced General Douglas MacArthur High School as a 2022-2023 School of Distinction. This prestigious honor was awarded to MacArthur for having all its varsity teams qualify for and receive the Scholar-Athlete team award during their respective sports seasons.
