Mrs. Fuentes' Italian classes at Division Avenue High School are involved in a pen-pal exchange with students in Verona, Italy. The project includes both an exchange of letters in Italian as well cultural exchanges of information about our school, town, and New York city through video.

The Italian students shared a video tour of their school and their amazing history of their town outside Verona in the region of Veneto. Their town even has a castle which was converted into their current city hall. Students are excited to receive letters daily from Italy and have made a wonderful connection with foreign students, opening up their world to another culture and country!
