Students at Lee Road Elementary School in the Levittown Public School District partnered up with Birthday Wishes, a local charitable organization that creates birthday celebrations for homeless children, for their January Community Service Project.

Together as a school community, a wide range of birthday boxes were created for homeless children. The boxes were filled with all the ingredients for a festive party, including decorations, paper goods, a gift and more.

The Lee Road Community Service students and Student Council students made daily announcements, which inspired the whole school to get involved. In the end, students' hard work helped the project surpass its goal of birthday boxes created.
