Jeff attended Lehigh University after graduating and played lacrosse from 2002 through 2006. He served as captain of the lacrosse team for three years, was a three time all-patriot league selection on defense and was awarded the Defensive Player of the Year in the Patriot League in 2006. He was voted Athlete of the Year by his teammates for two years and in his senior year received the Outstanding Leadership Award by the Lehigh Athletic Department.

From 2006 to present he is the Project Executive at the Clark Construction Group, Residential Division. He is responsible for planning, monitoring and supervising the on-site construction, engineering and administration activities from pre-construction to successful completion of residential projects. Most recent projects include City Center DC, Washington, DC (2.34 million square feet), 7770 Norfolk Avenue, Bethesda, MD (342,000 square feet) and 1244 South Capitol Street, Washington, DC (336,000 square feet).

Jeff is also the Defensive Coordinator for the Varsity Lacrosse Team at Gonzaga College HS in Washington, DC. The Eagles won seven straight WCAC championships (2010-2016) and was a featured US Lacrosse All-Americans, WCAC 1st team All-League players.

Jeff has been and continues to be an inspiration to friends, colleagues, students and family who see not only his work ethic, but his commitment to all his fields of endeavor as well as to his community.
