After breaking the NYS strike out record in 1983 (which still stands) James Chenevey went on to be a standout player at Harvard University earning a place on Harvard University's all time letter winner list. After being drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 5th round, Jim played minor league baseball for two years and then went on to receive his graduate degree in Business from Harvard Business School. He currently is the CEO of Earthlite, a health, wellness and fitness company and has engaged in many philanthropic efforts in the San Diego area.
