Welcome to Northside! We hope everyone enjoyed their summer. It’s time to get ready for another school year. First, let us introduce ourselves, Joan Fusco and Peggy Ciccone, your PTA Co-Presidents. There are many fun activities planned for all the students along with some fundraisers to help support them. September 25 at 7:00pm is Northside’s Back To School Night. The PTA holds its first Bake Sale at that time. Be sure to stop by for some delicious goodies! School pictures will be taken in October. Everyone should bring their best smiles with them! These are just two events that the PTA is involved with.

We would like to say thank you to all the parents who have volunteered in the past. They have been a great support to the PTA. There are many committees to be a part of. We need volunteers to be chairpersons for each committee but any time you give is helpful. Many of the committees need helpers. Any time volunteered, whether it’s taking on a committee or a few hours of your time, is greatly appreciated. It’s a great feeling helping the children and seeing how happy it makes them.

As PTA Co-Presidents, we are here to help with any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact either Joan(735-4902) or Peggy(579-6391). Please try to come to a PTA meeting. The first meeting is September 23 at 7:30pm. It is a terrific way to take part in activities for your children and to meet new people. Everyone is always welcome! We look forward to seeing you!
