What's Cooking at Division?
Harris Monte, a student chef at Johnson & Wales University, visited the Culinary Arts, Food Investigations, and International Foods classes at Division Avenue on October 11th. The Food Investigations classes are taught by Ms. Joanne Galterio and Ms. Laura Ciano. Mr. Monte informed Division students on the Johnson & Whales Culinary Program as well as other program offerings, sports, and clubs at the University. Mr. Monte prepared delicious Warm Oriental Noodles, a recipe of his creation with the help of our culinary students.
